It started with a trip to the seaside… Banny’s Restaurant is where it all began back in 2008 and we have come a long way. The menu is created around a coast to coast journey offering you our ‘old school’ and ‘new school’ favourites in a quintessentially British seaside setting. There may be a few more of us now and more to come, but the things we believe in haven’t changed; the best ingredients, service that makes you smile and the most delicious menu money can buy.

Keeping with the Great British tradition. Our Fish and Chip shop, located at the back of our restaurant in Colne, offers an ‘Old school’ traditional takeaway menu centred on our Famous Original Recipe Haddock and Chips. Perfect for a lunchtime or a chippy tea!

Banny’s ‘new school’ twist to Fish and Chips. Our Drive Thru in Burnley is the first of its kind celebrating British food in our unique way.  Surrounded by a casual and laid back nautical setting which will take you back to the seaside. Of course our Famous Original Recipe Haddock and Chips is still on the menu, however our ‘new school’ seasonings will tickle your taste buds like nothing else before!

What a Catch

who stock the widest range of MSC certified brands in the market and also hold
BRC accreditation in storage, wholesale and manufacturing.

It started with a trip to the seaside...

I stumbled across a small fish & chip shop, run by a local couple who served the most succulent, beautifully fresh fish I’d ever tasted.

A fine golden layer of batter over flakes of pearly white haddock glistening with moisture and wholesome goodness.

I decided there and then that I wanted to put proper fish and chips back on the menu.

We set up a great kitchen and restaurant up in the beautiful Colne Valley, from where we served a menu full of freshness and flavour.
